I recently completed the score to James Franco’s film “Mother, May I Sleep With Danger?” It will be premiering June 18 at 8pm ET/PT on Lifetime and is being produced by Sony Pictures Television, check out the vampire madness!
Hey Rockers, it’s been a while! I’ve been busy working on a few exciting things this summer.
First of all, I scored and wrote original music for the first season of Deadbeat, on Hulu right now. I had a great time working on it – it’s a fun, supernatural show, and there are a lot of talented people involved (including director Troy Miller and writers Cody Heller and Brett Konner). Check it out here!
There were also some great live shows that I was involved in. The first of which were Maynard James Keenan’s birthday concerts at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. A Perfect Circle was joined by Pucifer and Failure. For those who got to see the shows, they were fun and different from the typical rock show. I think everyone who came had a great time. Check out some photos of the rehearsals and shows here.
Finally, I was excited to return to Japan and the awesome Fujirock Festival, where I performed twice – as a solo act, and also as guitarist for the legendary Yukihiro Takahashi of YMO fame. I have some behind the scenes photos and a few live shots here.
Hey! I’m on tour with A Perfect Circle at the Soundwave Festival in Australia. In a break between my keyboard and guitar parts (in the song “The Noose”) I shot this video. Matt McJunkins (bass) photo bombs the moment, of course, but you get the idea of what it’s like at a hot, sunny festival playing between Slayer and Metallica! (Click the photo for the video)
